Business Barona data protection statement 

This data protection statement is an application-specific addendum to Barona’s Customers’ data protection statement, which is available at Business Barona is a service offered by Barona to its business customers through which users can be granted access to services provided by Barona or third parties. 

A representative of an organisation that has signed a customer agreement with a company within the Bravedo Group can register as a Business Barona user. A Single Sign-On (SSO) username and password will be created for the user to log in to Barona or third-party services. The data subjects are representatives of Barona’s B2B customers. 

The following personal data is processed in connection with the use of Business Barona: 

  • Name 
  • E-mail address
  • Organisation and title
  • Device data
  • Browser data
  • Information collected about the use of the website, including opened pages
  • Time of login
  • Country from which the login was done

Data relating to logins via Business Barona will be retained for 24 months after login. The retention period for other data is linked to the duration of the customer relationship.  

The purpose of using personal data is to issue and manage SSO credentials. The processing of personal data is based on the agreement on the use of Business Barona. The terms and conditions of use of the service can be found atäyttöehdot.
