Barona’s working time monitoring service

Barona’s working time monitoring services are used to manage work-time reporting and monitoring obligations required by law and to fulfill customer contracts. There are several electronic services for timekeeping and this notice applies to all of these services. Barona’s employees record their working time in the working time monitoring services and the client companies’ contact persons can approve this information, if necessary.

The following personal data is processed in the working time monitoring services:

• Name
• Email address
• IP address
• Technical data (such as used browser and operating system)
• Country from which the log-in was made from
• Type of the working time and employment

The processed data may also be utilized for service development and investigating misuse cases
