Baronanordic.com users form a community of professionals, and content related to training, career development opportunities, and job suggestions can be targeted to users. Through the service, users can participate in recruitments and access career development and learning services. If a user has chosen “let recruiters find you” in their profile, Barona may suggest suitable recruitment possibilities, even if the user has not applied for that particular job. A user can at any time prevent their profile from being visible to recruiters, request data deletion, or stop receiving job suggestions.
