Barona Booking app

The Booking application is a tool designed to allow flexible management of temporary personnel. With the application, service providers can search for and request the service of temporary personnel to fill various needs. The service provider makes a personnel request which includes the necessary time commitment, qualifications and other requirements. The data controller searches its register for suitable candidates that fit the specifications of the request and offers this selection to the customer in accordance with the order request.

Personal data is processed in the following way:

• Service providers register their company and contact persons in the app
• Employees list their qualifications, knowledge and information on their availability
• Barona helps service providers find suitable temporary employees

At any time, service providers and temporary employees may discontinue use of the service and delete their account.

Completed assignments are retained in the app for 24 months.

User data collected from the app is utilized for service development and the additional uses described above.
