The users of Baronanordic.com form a talent community, and they can be targeted with content related to, for example, training, career development opportunities, and job suggestions on the platform. Through the application, users can participate in recruitment processes and access career development and learning services. Users can make their profiles visible to all recruiters, allowing a Barona recruiter to contact them about suitable job opportunities, even if the user has not applied for the specific position (headhunting). Users can hide their profiles from recruiters or request the deletion of all their data at any time. When logging in and creating a profile on the platform, users receive suggestions for job opportunities that best match their profile. Users can opt out of automatic job suggestions at any time.
